Shipping
We do all of our shipping using United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service.
Please keep in mind that much of our artwork is custom made and is not ready to ship the
day you place your order.
Shipping Prices
Standard shipping rates are based on order totals as shown below:

Returns
To enhance the warm, cozy and secure feeling you have purchasing a Flying Woman Designs
original, we have established the following return policy:
- Items may be returned with 30 days for a complete refund.
- Returned items must be in original packaging with tags etc.
- Returns made after 30 days will be given credit on future purchase.
We are unable to offer returns on custom merchandise that contain names or personal
information.
